The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ, order /direction to the respondent authorities to give the petitioner the benefits of 3rd slab of remuneration/ Salary in place of 1st slab with effect from his date of joining. Who has work experience of more than 5 years in rural field and as such he can not be discriminated avoiding the similar especially

The learned counsel for the respondent-Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society submits that the present writ petition is not maintainable.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
