Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.08.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 24878 of 2016 with an observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. It is submitted that charges have already been framed on 19.09.2016 and similarly circumstanced co-accused Arun Mehta, Sunil Mehta and Panch Lal Mehta have already been granted bail by different orders passed by this Court.
