On getting confidential information, house of Suraj Kumar was raided where people began to flee, who were apprehended. It has further been disclosed that on search, from the house of Suraj Kumar, five bottles of Royal Stag Whisky each containing 375 ml, Royal Stag Whisky 20 pieces each containing 180 ml, Officer's Choice Whisky 38 pieces each containing 180 ml were seized. Nothing has been seized from the conscious possession of both the petitioners. Furthermore, petitioners are under custody since 22.11.2016, having absence of criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22 of 2017 (02) dt.12-01-2017 Accordingly, petitioners, Rajesh Kumar @ Bitan and Sonu Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge13th-Cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.
