Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 295 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is from the hut of one Raju Mahto which whom petitioner has no concern. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.02.2020.
