JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-05-2017 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 366(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
My attention was drawn to the statement of the victim under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. contained in Annexure-4. In view of the statement made by the victim under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20068 of 2017 (2) dt.31-05-2017 2/2 Banka or his successor Court in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
