This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is specific allegation against her of demand of dowry and torture.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
