2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Informant suspects that the F.I.R. named accused persons committed the murder of his son.
4. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired in the re-statement of the informant. Only suspicion has been raised by him. Informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence. Save & except suspicion, there is no direct / indirect evidence against this petitioner to show his complicity in the aforesaid crime. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria (Bairgachi) P.S.
