JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be driver of the tempo and it is alleged that the persons, who were sitting on the said tempo snatched belongings of the informant but admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner nor he was caught on the spot. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with
