Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2016 registered under Sections147,148,149,341,324,307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. It is further submitted that neither any incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on Test Identification Parade. It is further submitted that coaccused namely, Bhirgu Nath Mishra, Kundan Yadav, Babloo Thakur @ Bablu Thakur @ Binay Thakur and Binod Thakur

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49494 of 2016 (2) dt.13-12-2016 have been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 28045 of 2016, 33013 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 33217 of 2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Shahpur P.S.
