The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 324, 307, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/35 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have come at the house of the informant and began to abuse. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant Kunjal Kumar with knife which hit on the hand of the informant. One sharp cut injury between thumb and index finger was found which is opined to be simple in nature. On perusal of the injury report it appears that the injuries are superficial in nature. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40722 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 Singh who is alleged to have assaulted with Pharsa on the head of the brother of the informant has already been granted anticipatory bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34255 of 2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 132 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
