JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Vaishali P.S. Case No. 90 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 of the Arms Act.

Police apprehended the petitioner along with other accused persons as named in the written report. It is alleged that one country made pistol has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 17.04.2018. Considering the period spent by the petitioner in custody, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66035 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Vaishali P.S.
