ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2016 in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 325 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery alleged to have been made from the bag does not belong to the petitioner and other similarly situated co-accused so arrested have been since released from custody.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has already been in custody for over 6 months, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43638 of 2016 (3) dt.19-11-2016 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No.325 of 2016.
