Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 376, 457 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he, having entered into the house of the informant, made attempt to commit rape on her but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that much prior to filing of the present case, own Bhabi of the petitioner had lodged criminal case against elder sister and mother of the informant of the present case who, in retaliation, filed complaint case which has been converted into the present police case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Madhubani in Basopatti P.S. Case no. 07/2016.
