The petitioner seeks bail in connection with GRP Patna (Rajendra Nagar) P.S.Case No. 147 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian penal Code. It is alleged that golden chain of the mother of the informant was snatched at Rajendra Nagar Terminal. On alarm raised by her, R.P.F. personal caught this petitioner. It is alleged that the aforesaid golden chain was recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a rickshaw puller. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to altercation having taken place between the petitioner and the informant for payment of fare. Petitioner is in custody since

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is allowed. The petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Railway, Patna in connection with GRP Patna Rajendra Nagar P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018 with condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
