Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,368,379,302,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The driver of the informant was found missing alongwith vehicle of the informant. Therefore, FIR was lodged against unknown. Later on dead body of the driver was found and in the confessional statement of co-accused-Vikash Kumar, name of the petitioner surfaced as one of the assailants of the deceased. Vikash Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

No.19719 of 2019(3) dt.03-06-2019 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Civil Lines Police Station Case No.263 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
