1. Heard the parties.

2. In view of the judgment dated 23.02.2022, passed by this court in C.W.J.C. No. 5489 of 2020 (Suresh Ram Vs. The State of Bihar & ors.) and connected matters reported in 2022 (2) PLJR 80, this writ petition is held to be not maintainable.

3. This writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13048 of 2015(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 petitioner to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order of the District Appellate Authority.

4. If such an appeal is preferred, the delay in filing the appeal shall be condoned and the same shall be decided on merits expeditiously.
