The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pachrukhi. P.S. Case No.177/16 registered under Section 302/34, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation of the informant is that he received a secret information on his mobile that his maternal sister, Farida Khatoon has been killed by her husband, Jamshed Ali @ Guddu and in-laws at her matrimonial house and her dead body has been thrown in the village. Thereafter the informant rushed there and saw the dead body of his maternal sister in village while at that time her matrimonial house was locked and none was present there.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6364 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. who is an old lady aged 65 years old.
Having considered the nature of offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks and pray for regular bail which will be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
