The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard both parties.

The following reliefs have been sought for on behalf

Patna High Court CWJC No.7212 of 2019(6) dt.24-09-2020 2/3 of the petitioner in the present writ application : 1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondent authority to pay the entire amount of earned leave and part of gratuity with statutory as well as penal interest till the date of payment over delayed payment. (ii) Further for direction to the respondent authority to grant the benefit of First and Second A.C.P. as well as M.A.C.P. counting the service of the petitioner since the date of his appointment similar to the others which has already given to them counting their service from the date of their appointment and further to pay the arrears of salary.

(iii) Further for direction to the respondent authorities to pay the amount of teachers welfare fund with statutory as well as penal interest over delayed payment till the date of payment.

(iv) Further for direction to the respondent authorities to pay the differences of salary since May 1993 to February 2012 and arrears of salary for the financial year 2012-13 and 2013-14 which is due and entire amount be paid with statutory as well as penal interest. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the T.M.B. University. From perusal of the same, it appears that

The petitioner is directed to file a representation in respect of remaining grievances before the Respondent No.5. If any such representation is filed by the petitioner before the Respondent No.5, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
