Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhojpur Excise Case No. 416 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under sections 30(a)/37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this merely on basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.03.2020. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
