After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off to enable the petitioner to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 25.07.2015 passed in Appeal Case No. 03 of 2015, by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Araria.
