In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 228 of 2015 registered for offence under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 39466 of 2016 and this Court, vide order dated 17.9.2016, rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner. It is second attempt. The mobile, which has been recovered, was identified by the owner of the mobile. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, the petitioner will have liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year and six months of jail custody.
