JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be main assailant and there is allegation against him that he shot fire killing the husband of the informant.

Considering the nature of allegation leveled against the petitioner as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sabour P.S.Case No. 167 of 2015, pending in the court of 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur stands rejected.
