The petitioner seeks bail in Kudra P.S. Case No. 234/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(A), 54 and 63 of Bihar Excise Amendment Act. 612 bottles each containing 180 m.l. were recovered from the house of the petitioner and two other accused namely Anand Kumar Mali and Bittu Mali.

It is submitted that 120 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of three persons. Two other persons namely, Anand Kumar Mali and Bittu Mali have already been enlarged on bail. Petitioner is in jail since 04.09.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48753 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Kaimur at Bhabua n connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 234/2016.
