Patna High Court CWJC No.10008 of 2021(3) dt.02-11-2022 2/2 affidavit wherein the final order dated 22.10.2022, passed by the Circle Officer, Sugauli, East Champaran under Section 6(1)(a) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in connection with Encroachment Case No. 9/2015-2016, has been annexed whereby and whereunder the proceedings of the said encroachment case has been closed.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid order dated 22.10.2022 by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
