2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 454 of 2023 instituted for the offence punishable under Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant's father and brother were abducted and after that informant received a call regarding demand of ransom money.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Neither the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. nor any incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious possession. His name has been dragged in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Ashok Sah, which has no evidentiary

Similarly, situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 17526 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 6862 of 2024 vide orders dated 14.03.2024 and 10.04.2024. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 16.06.2023.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner as well as period of custody of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 19th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 454 of 2023.
