Petitioners being parents of the husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 326, 498A, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture. It is specifically alleged that husband of the informant caused injuries with knife after dragging her to maize field. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and husband of the informant is in custody. Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39094 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi) P.S. Case No. 281 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
