Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present modification petition has been filed to modify the order dated 17.02.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6895 of 2024. He further submits in the order dated 17.02.2024, inadvertently, the name of the father of the petitioner has been recorded as Jay Ram Yadav in place of Abhayanand @ Jay Ram Yadav. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, let the order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6895 of 2024 be corrected and the name of petitioner's father be read as "Abhayanand @ Jay Ram Yadav" in place of "Jay Ram Yadav."

Accordingly, the order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6895 of 2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent and two week's further time is allowed to surrender in terms of order dated 17.02.2024.
