JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 354(A) and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.159 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 2 / 2 It is alleged that all the accused persons came and tried to lift the daughter of the informant Mintu Kumari. On the order of the petitioner, Santosh Rai inflicted dagger injury to her, as a result of which she died.

It has been submitted that there is no accusation against the petitioner of making assault to the victim Mintu Kumari, though it is submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that the other accused persons also received injuries.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 07/14 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Goipalganj. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
