The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 420, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant fell in love with co-accused Md. Jawed. Allegation is that Md. Jawed by inducing her for marriage established physical relation on different occasions at different places. At one time both were together in the hotel of this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9710 of 2017 (2) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran/successor court in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. case no. 122 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
