In view of the admitted position that name of the petitioner appears at Serial No.39 of the combined Merit List prepared by the Bihar Public Service Commission and said fact having been admitted in paragraph no.12 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the BPSC, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner seeks to file representation before the Hon'ble Chancellor for redressal of his grievance.

3. In view of the desire of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands consigned with aforesaid liberty.
