Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 138 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is alleged in the first information report that several persons got injured in the occurrence, however, there is nothing on the record to show that any person sustained any injury. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus.
