2. The present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order taking cognizance dated 18.07.2017 in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016, G.R. No. 1260A/16, whereby cognizance has been taken by the learned CJM, Munger under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been informed by learned District Court vide Letter dated 29.08.2025 that the case has been disposed off on 08.04.2025 by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Patna in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65458 of 2018(2) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016, G.R. No. 1260A/16.

4. In view of the above, the present quashing application stands consigned.
