The contempt application has been filed claiming disobedience of the order dated 21.10.2013 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 20085 of 2013. The direction of this Court in the said order was to the Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna, to take
Patna High Court MJC No.334 of 2015 (7) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 a holistic view of the matter and resolve the controversy with regard to encroachment and revival of water bodies simultaneously within a reasonable time.
In the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 2, the Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna, it is stated that pursuant to the direction of this Court, by his order dated 14.07.2015 which was signed on 28.07.2015 he has followed the direction of this Court by disposing of Land Dispute Appeal No. 11 of 2013 filed by Harinandan Paswan. The petitioner was also permitted to intervene in the said matter.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, the order under contempt is complied with.
The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed. The petitioner if he is aggrieved by the aforesaid order of the Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna, may move before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
