The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 226/2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 394 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. is against unknown. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. Name of this petitioner has come in confessional statement of co-accused Rajan Das. Petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63537 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 226/2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
