24. 12-08-2016 Initially the grievance of the petitioner was with regard to the property purchased by him from the loan obtained from Bihar State Housing Cooperative Federation (in short the "Federation") which had to be repaid by BISCOMAUN after making deductions from monthly salary which was payable to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14479 of 2009 (24) dt.12-08-2016 2 / 2 BISCOMAUN not only defaulted by paying but Federation had also defaulted by paying the salary to the petitioner. When Federation took coercive steps the writ petition was filed.

It appears that during the pendency of the writ petition the matter was settled as between the petitioner and the Federation and thus the cause of action for filing the writ petition cease. However, petitioner made a grievance that his arrears of salary are not being paid. This court in its decision has laid down the procedure prescribed in the matter the salary of all the entire employees of the BISCOMAUN are to be paid.

Learned counsel for the BISCOMAUN states that pursuant to the direction of this court including direction issued by the Division Bench payments must have been made.

In view of the aforesaid, this application stands disposed of.
