The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is specific allegation against co-accused Bachchan Rajbhar of causing firearm injury on the father of the informant, who fell down. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
