In the counter affidavit the respondents have made categorical statement that entire retiral dues of the petitioner No.1 has already been paid and his son, petitioner No.2, has been appointed on the post of Chowkidar in the light of order

Having considered the facts, it appears that grievance of the petitioners have already been redressed and this writ petition has become infructuous.
