2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a)/47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per F.I.R., 200 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from two motorcycles and co-accused Pintu Kumar, who was apprehended on spot, disclosed the name of petitioner and other, as his associates.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of any of the seized motorcycles and has been implicated in this case only on confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the quantity of recovery and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court- 2, Nawada in connection with Nawada Excise P.S. Case No.12 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
