ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 22-08-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that pursuant to the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 05.02.2025 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6844 of 2023 the opposite parties have issued a Letter No. F6-01 Bihar 2022 dated 18.08.2025 wherein the authorities have created a new Agent ID in favour of the petitioner and all the previous Recurring Deposits tagged to the previous Agent ID No. M18511010200008 have been transferred to the new Agent ID No. M18511010200015.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the period of suspension of his license, the petitioner had deposited two new Recurring Deposits on 16.09.2020 and 19.09.2023 and the opposite parties may be directed to credit the same to the new Agent ID of the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the same the authorities are directed to verify the claim of the petitioner and take necessary action in accordance with law. The contempt accordingly stands closed.
