By an order, dated 03.01.2017, learned Vth Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan, has allowed anticipatory bail to Opposite parties No. 2 and 3 in connection with Goraya Kothi P. S. Case No. 140 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The Opposite parties No. 2 and 3 are husband and wife. The allegation is against Manish Yadav, who is son of the said Opposite parties.

Considering that there was no material on record on the basis of which it could be shown that the said Opposite parties played any role, the Court below has granted

anticipatory bail.

I do not find any wrong exercise of discretion by the Court below while allowing such concession.

This application for cancellation of bail so granted has no merit and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
