2. The petitioner, who is a Class-IV employee, has been suspended on the recommendation of the report of the enquiry committee, by order dated 25.10.2018, which order is under challenge in the present petition.

3. It appears that the domestic proceedings against the petitioner has been initiated with the charge of seeking appointment on fake identity.

4. The petitioner has his own explanation in his defence.

5. The present petition is for a direction for revocation of the suspension of the petitioner pending departmental proceeding.

6. Such a prayer cannot be allowed.

7. This Court can only direct that the proceedings which has been initiated against the petitioner be concluded as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order before the disciplinary authority/enquiry officer. Till the proceedings are completed and the petitioner remains under suspension, needless to state that he will be entitled for the subsistence allowance which has already been directed in the case of the petitioner.

8. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
