Petitioner is in custody in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020 for the offence under section Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 246.750 liters of Nepali wine was seized from the joint house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 14.2.2020. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned
