Case No. 269 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 504, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that only general and omnibus allegations have been made against these petitioners, who happens to be father-in-law and mother-inlaw respectively. Learned counsel for the State also could not controver the said submission of learned counsel for the petitioner. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XIII, Saran in connection with Masrakh P.S.
