Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 267 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 366A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was on the verge of majority and she had left the house of her own sweet will and she has not said anything against any of the accused in statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Considering the same, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
