JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-12-2022 Learned counsel for the the petitioner submits that petitioner is entitled to be given benefit of graduate pay scale for which the petitioner has filed a representation before District Education Officer, Sitamarhi on 15.07.2015.

2. Accordingly, learned counsel prays that a direction may be issued to the concerned authorities to dispose the representation filed by the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of prayer and materials on record, District Education Officer, Sitamarhi is directed to dispose the representation filed by the petitioner at Annexure 3 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order by a reasoned order.
