Having regard to the fact that both the competent authorities, under the Anganbari Sevika/Sahayika Guidelines, having found the services of the petitioner to be deficient, have upheld the decision for her removal from service on finding her involvement in misappropriation of Government fund, this Court will have no reason to interfere with such decision of removal of services of the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika taken way back in the year 2011 as also affirmed by the appellate authority in the year 2012, this writ application now filed,after a period of more than three to four years, both on the ground of unexplained delay as also on merits specially when the engagement is not an appointment in Government service but only by way of rendering service in a social volunteered scheme, is
Patna High Court CWJC No.12717 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 misconceived and ill advised.
In that view of the matter, this writ application must fail and is, accordingly, dismissed.
