2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On the alleged date and time of occurrence, due to quarrel between son of informant and son of petitioner no. 1, a free-fight took place, in which, it is alleged that petitioner no. 1 assaulted with iron rod on the head of informant and petitioner no. 2 was present at the place of occurrence with pistol.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that as per F.I.R. itself, on a petty issue, a free-fight took place in which both sides sustained injury. There is case and counter case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 265 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
