2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 395 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing theft.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2026 and he is accused in 12 more cases of serious nature.
5. As per the direction of this Court, the SHO of Hajipur Sadar Police Station and the I.O. of the case have appeared and they have informed this Court that the petitioner was arrested in another case and from him the stolen articles
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22011 of 2026(3) dt.22-04-2026 2/2 including gold and mobile phone were recovered.
6. Considering the allegations and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
