2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/34, 302 of the IPC and Section-27 of the Arms Act.

3. Twice prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this court. Trial court's report dated 1.5.2024 reveals that defence evidence has already been closed.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 10.7.2020.

5. Learned counsel for the State and informant oppose the prayer for bail. Learned Counsel for the informant submits that it is the petitioner who is delaying the trial by filing petition

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23666 of 2024(3) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 u/s 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for recalling defence witnesses.

6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected with observation that the trial be concluded at the earliest.
