Petitioner seeks bail in Singhia P.S. Case No. 122/18 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Prohibition Act. Allegation is of recovery of 57.750 liters foreign liquor from the outside of the house of the petitioner. Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is lady and she has been falsely implicated in this case and she is in custody since 15.09.2018 having no criminal antecedent.
Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that she is lady and she has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above
